Frequently asked questions

What is the story behind Silverground?

Silverground is a bedding label, set up to put proper bedlinen back into the bedroom. The team works with established mills to produce sheets, throws, cushions, and accessories in considered fabrics, cut for the way people actually sleep.

What fabrics do you use?

The range uses cotton, washed linen, merino wool, felted wool, bamboo lyocell, and beech wood. Each product page lists the precise composition for that item.

Do colours and fabrics work across the range?

The Silverground palette is designed to layer across the bedroom. Burgundy, walnut, mahogany, and forest green sit easily against ivory, oat, and conker bases. Cotton velvet, brushed cotton, wool tweed, and stonewashed linen mix without clashing.

Where can I find product details?

Each product page lists fabric composition, exact dimensions, and care instructions. Bedding sizes follow UK conventions of Single, Double, King, and Super King. For anything else, email us at info@silverground.co.uk.

How do I look after Silverground bedding?

Each item is sewn with a care label that lists wash temperature and drying instructions. Most cotton, linen, and lyocell items wash at 30 to 40 degrees on a normal cycle. Wool items should be hand washed in cool water with a wool-safe detergent, or dry cleaned.
