Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 90 days without giving any reason. The 90-day period begins from the date you physically receive the goods.

To cancel, please notify us by email at info@silverground.co.uk or call us on +44 7520 665467. You may use the sample cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 90-day period expires.

What Happens When You Cancel

We will refund the full purchase price within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending returns. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods if this is caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
